Nomads. com took my money

I paid for the membership with Apple Pay, and the transaction appears on my statement, but Nomads.com doesn’t recognize my profile. There's no way to contact them—just the usual self-service customer support, which feels like a total cop-out. Does anyone know how to reach them? Feels like a scam.
