Meetup Reminder in the Channel

Would be neat to have a reminder sent on Telegram a day before a meetup to those who signed up and other people who are at the same location.

The idea is that by giving a day in advance reminder in the channel to everyone who signed up would tell others who are in the same location that something is happening and they could join.
