Major technical bugs with premium subscription (No support response)

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my experience because I am currently facing critical technical issues after purchasing a €50 premium subscription.

Here are the issues I’m experiencing on Desktop Chrome:

• Continuous session logouts every few minutes.

• Renders spin indefinitely and then completely disappear from the dashboard.

• Credits are not being deducted, meaning the system is completely stuck.

I see in the help section that many other users have posted about these exact same bugs over the last few days, and unfortunately, none of us have received any answer from the development team. The support ticket only gives automated AI replies.

If you are thinking about upgrading, you might want to wait until the team actually deploys a fix and responds to the community. At this point, the service is not working as advertised.
