Magic edit produces a totally blank photo

Every time I try to remove someone from a photo and replace them with one of my models (by following the instructions given, ie selecting the model that you want to add to the picture,highlighting the person you want removed and using “model” as the prompt) I get a totally blank, all black useless image. Have lost a lot of credits on this, not to mention other problems that continue to go on like messed up faces when remixing photos, the magic edit feature’s failure to correct those messed up faces like we are told it does (which begs the question why are we being saddled with the cost of paying additional credit-on top of the ones we paid when we had the photo generated to begin with- to fix a problem that we didn’t create in the first place?), remixed photos coming out all sorts of strange no matter which level of remixing we choose, etc.

you said everything was fixed with magic editing, but that’s absolutely notbeen my experience at all. Just some of the many examples of the first problem below.
