Low resolution generated photos

I don’t know why but in last 3 days a resolution of generated photo got worse.

I used to use option ‘remix photo’, so below are the resolutions of the images before and after the remix:
Previously: 1280x720 -> 1024x576

Now: 1280x720 -> 512x288

Please, tell me - what’s the problem?
