Link Error & Dark UX

Hi Levels, I'm a big fan. ๐Ÿค 

I recently posted a job on ROK. I thought the payment was once-off. Then, I got a second invoice to bump the ad, but with the option to get a refund if I donโ€™t want the bump (great - no issue with that). The link for the refund does not work, though. See the screenshot. Then, 24 Hours later, the link says I canโ€™t get a refund - itโ€™s too late. I tried the link many times within 24 hours with the same message.

That FEEEEEELS scammy. What makes it worse is that there is no reply email or support contact page. I Googled and searched all your sites.

Please fix this. I greatly respect you and am a big fan, but this feels very scammy.
