Issues Affecting My Account Over the Last Two Weeks

1) Credits reset to 0 (UGC bug) – I couldn’t use the site for a few days (stuck with works)

2) Vertical line errors – Unable to use some models (including some upscale).
Thank you for the credits and free model slots I received, but…

3) Remix error – Again, I couldn’t use the free credits given (had around 1900+). Sometimes I tried importing, then remixing, but it doesn’t work with a large number of images.

My billing date was today, and I couldn’t create images the only thing I could do was add new models.

I was waiting for the remix error to be fixed.
Please provide a solution and an extension.
