Is this a scam?

I paid the $39 and didn’t realize there would be no way of contacting the company/founder for any issues. I uploaded multiple pictures of the living room and the website returns them bare with a couple of chairs or completely empty. I upvoted other posts that have the same issue but no one is responding to them.
