Improve conditions to prostitutes and customers!

Europe needs to improve conditions for prostitutes, we are losing the best girls for other countries outside EU. Some EU countries are always trying to make prostitution look bad and some are even punishing the costumers. We need more incentives so Europe won’t lose more women!
