Hi, I was charged for the annual Photo AI plan by mistake. I have NOT created any AI models or generated photos yet, so I should be eligible for a refund according to your policy.
The “Request a refund” button is not visible in my account despite logging in and out, using different browsers, and accessing via the billing link in the welcome email.
I tried to reach support via the only email address I could find (hello@photoai.me), but they told me that they are a completely different company. This is extremely confusing, especially since there is no visible support contact for photoai.com on the website or in the welcome email.
I’ve seen previous cases like this one marked as “Closed” without public resolution: https://ideasandbugs.com/p/i-signed-up-for-a-monthly-subscription-but-was-signed-up-for-annual-instead
I trust the team will be able to assist me in the same way.
Please help me resolve this ASAP. I just want to switch to the correct monthly plan.
