I was charged for lifetime access three times

I paid the 100$ a few months ago. I recently tried to login again and it kept bringing me to the payment screen, so I thought I didn’t pay. I paid again (using the same email). It didn’t let me log in, so I tried again thinking the payment didn’t go through. I later got two emails from Stripe about new 100$ charges.

So my email should have paid for 3 lifetime accesses. Please refund the last two. thanks.
