I want a refund!

I’ll be filing for a chargeback with my bank if I don’t get a refund.

This is unacceptable not to be able to ask for a refund on an annual renew I didn’t even use.

My credit card holder called me saying I had a unusual activity. I agreed to let it block that activity, then a different payment procesor (or the payment processor tried a bunch of times) tried until the payment went through. After the first block, I had already cancelled my plan, but yet it really wanted to go through with the payment.
