I paid my invoice but dont have access

I had subscribed to the Ultra plan and had an unpaid invoice. I paid the invoice and the transaction went through. Funds were debited from my account, as you can see:

After I paid the invoice I tried to reactivate mt account but it took me back to the payment page, so I tried to pay again but of course the transaction failed because I already paid and the funds were out of my account. Now it only shows the failed transaction but if you check your bank you’ll see you do have the funds and it is paid in full. PLEASE ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.
