I paid my invoice but dont have access

I had subscribed to the Ultra Plan and loved it. When the direct debit tried to charge my card for the second month, it was rejected, so I could not access my models and it did not allow me to select a cheaper option. I was finally able to pay the bill today, the amount was debited from my bank, but I did not receive an email receipt. I received an email saying the payment had failed, but that was not the case. Please restore my account and my models. I paid $199 USD.
