I paid my invoice but dont have access

I had subscribed to the Ultra Plan and I loved it. When the auto-bill tried to charge my card for the 2ns month, it was declined so I couldnt access my models and it wouldnt allow me to select a less expensive plan. I finally was able to pay the invoice today, the funds were debited from my bank, but I did not get an email receipt. I got an email that said the payment failed, but it did not fail. Please restore my account and my models to use. You have been paid $199 USD.
