I need a tool that can synchronously translate YouTube or Spotify podcasts into another language’s audio. Thank you.

I need a solution that can take podcasts or long videos from YouTube and Shopify, sync or translate them into another language by simply pasting the video or podcast link, and allow continuous listening without needing to stare at the screen for subtitles. This would enable multitasking, as I can listen the new episodes when walking ,no need stare at the translated subtitles . I’ve been listening to Chinese podcasts and audiobooks for a long time, but now I want to listen to English ones too. However, I can’t keep looking at the screen for subtitles. Ideally, a mobile app could take the link, play the translated audio in a small window, using either a robotic voice or cloning the speaker’s voice. I’m a native Chinese speaker, but I believe people speaking other languages would also find this useful.
