Hyperrealism issues

I thought the issue was that I had several “models” of the same person. So today I created a whole different model using a different staff members photos and the hyperrealism is just taking random parts from the original pics and combining them in a new pic resulting in non-sensical photos. Even choosing the Camera Packs the outcome is sleeves from one outfit in an original pic with an AI created bodice and set in two split backgrounds: outdoor and indoor.
