How to contact support to ask a refund?

Hi, I bought a membership a couple of days ago and is not what I expected so I would like to ask for a refund. I don’t fund any way to email and FAQ says “You can do almost everything by yourself on Nomads.com including cancelling your membership. Read more below.” but can’t see how to do it
