Help with Subscription Refund button

Hi Levelsio,

Thank you so much for building such an great and direct-simple product like photoai. it truly helped me a lot in the past. This was actually my first time using AI, and I really enjoyed the experience.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to use it for the past nine months (since I got pregnant and had to stop working), and I just noticed that my subscription auto-renewed for one year ($600).

I had thought auto-renew was disabled, but it seems it was not.

I recently gave birth via C-section (Sept 25! yuuhuuuu) and have been fully focused on recovery and caring for my newborn as a firsttime mom. This renewal comes at a difficult financial moment, so I would be very grateful if you could cancel the subscription and issue a refund since i am unable to use it anymore.

I believe I meet the refund policy requirements, but for some reason the refund button does not appear for me. I loved using the product nine months ago, but since then I have not been active.
