HELP! My account got cancelled. Need to reactivate without deletion!

I had a billing issue with my card, I have fixed it now and made the payment but my account is suspended. I cant reactivate it, am getting the error “Your account is cancelled

Your account, photos and AI models are scheduled to be deleted soon”.

When I click on reactivate, I get the error “You can't reactivate now”.

I need my account without deletion of my images! Please help.
