Hello, I am cancelling my subscription because the platform repeatedly logs me out. Even though it shows that I am logged in and have 966 credits available, whenever I try to generate an image, it asks me to log in again. This loop keeps repeating, and I am unable to actually use the credits. Additionally, the generated designs are often completely off – chairs have six legs, tables are crooked, windows appear on the wrong side compared to the original photo, and the furniture layout is often entirely different from the reference image. It’s disappointing, as I was hoping for more reliable results. Given that I was unable to use the service due to technical issues and the results were unsatisfactory, I kindly request a refund for my subscription.
