Get chared multiple times for "Buy more Credits" but did not get any.

I wanted to buy one time more credit for 40$. But it didn’t worked. So I tried it a few more times but gave up after a while. Today I got the credit card bill and I was chared 12 times! Can I get the credit for one to my accound an refund the rest? Thanks
