Furniture and reembursement

Your AI always add furniture even we I ask to not add furniture and it dosen't respect the scale of the rooms. I have subscribed to try it, beginning of October because there's no way to try it for free. I would like to get reimburse. I’ve clicked on the link to get reimburse but it only get cancelled for October 2026. I don’t think it’s fair.
