Feature Request: Add Notes / Description Field Under Settings for Each Model

I would like to request a Notes or Description field under the settings for each model. This would allow users to save important details such as age, body type, profession, personality, and intended use.

This is especially important when managing multiple models, since each model may represent a different identity or purpose. Having a place under each model’s settings to store these key notes would help maintain consistency, save time, and make it easier to generate accurate results without needing to rewrite the same information repeatedly.
