Download issues

Objective: download all photos in “Saved”

What I tried: Go to “Saved”, tap “Select”, then “Select All”

What happened: No “Download” button appears (it seems to only appear if you tap “Select” then tap to select a single photo. Additionally, if you manually select multiple photos then tap “Download” it only downloads one photo?)

What I expected: I thought I would be able to go to “Saved”, tap “Select”, then “Select All”, then a “Download” button would appear, which I could use to download all photos.
