Develop a European Linux distro like North Korean one

If North Korea can have it's very own Linux distro (Red Star OS) why Europe can't?

So they can also stop blaming Americans companies for monopoly or meta data collection, design and develop in EU!

We also have better designers and engineers than North Korea.
