Crowd all looks like model

This is my first day using this software so forgive me if this is a dumb question but my image needs a random crowd in the background and 50% of the people look like they could be the twin of my model…or at least its brother. Anyway to make them random people? Anytime I try to do it in the prompt it says the prompt is too long.
