Creations don't work as selected in the menu!

I've just bought the tool, believing it would be the best option for my professional use, but the options in the menu don't work properly. Let's see:

[Interior Design with 3D Vision] tries to keep the original structure of your current room, just by changing the style. - this option is changing the structure of my room.

[Interior design (2D photo)] is similar, but manipulates the space more and doesn't keep the 3D objects (such as furniture) that are already in the image. - this option is keeping all my styles, even when I say I don't want to keep anything and would like a different idea for the room.

[Virtual Staging AI] is specifically for filling empty environments, inserting furniture and decoration. - this is the worst of all, I've uploaded several empty environments, and it's brought up empty environments again, it hasn't decorated anything at all.

The prompt is as if it didn't exist, everything I type into it, nothing happens.

I haven't managed to generate any satisfactory environment style, and my credits are consumed like water.
