Credits not renewing on annual plan

I’ve had the app for a few months now and I don’t use it every month.. but whenever I come back to it my credits are never fully filled up.

Today I logged in to take some more photos and was presented with this message and 0 credits.

But we are now on the 15th March 2025 and I don’t generate any in January or February.
