Credits menu is hidden behind Agent chat panel due to incorrect priority

Hi, I found a UI layering issue in Photo AI.

When the Agent chat panel is open on the right side of the workspace, clicking the Credits button in the top-right corner of the homepage workspace opens the credits dropdown/menu, but the menu appears behind the Agent panel.

As a result, the dropdown is almost completely covered by the Agent chat window (only a small part at the top is visible). The only way to access the credits menu is to hide the Agent panel first.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Photo AI workspace.

2. Keep the Agent chat panel visible on the right side.

3. Click the Credits button in the top-right corner.

4. Notice that the credits dropdown is rendered behind the Agent panel.

Expected behavior:
The Credits dropdown/modal should appear above the Agent chat panel, with the correct z-index priority.

Actual behavior:
The Agent panel has a higher stacking priority and covers the Credits menu.

Thanks! Small issue, but it makes the UI feel broken when both features are used together.
