Could not stage a single room

I tried several times to stage an empty living room (and chose Virtual AI as instructed). First, it put my living room furniture in the hall and nothing in the room itself, then when I tried using a different photo it put my living room furniture out the sliding door in the backyard and left the actual living room completely empty other than an end table. I paid $39 and am cancelling it immediately and feel like I totally threw my money away as I did not get even one useable photo and cannot get any support on here. Not a happy customer.
