charges for annual subscription without consent

I signed up for 1 month at $29 to see how well the program works and at checkout it converted my subscription to annual. I was billed $340 and would like a refund of all but the $29. I know you are in Singapore so I don’t want to get into a legal issue. Thank you. Please reply to doczizzi@gmail.com
