Charged three times refunded once

I've been charged 3 times for one account and only got one refund, so I have paid 2 times the actual amount on two different payment methods (there was a 500 error). I can see that the issue occurred to others here. There's no other way to contact you. Receipt in question #1129-2629 to be refunded.
