Charged in Error – No Usage, Refund Requested

I was just charged again for PhotoAI. We use your service occasionally for our company, and we have paid for it in the past when we needed it. However, this time we did not intend to renew the subscription, and we haven’t used the service at all this time.

I noticed that I can’t request a refund directly through the website, but since the payment was made today and no usage occurred, I kindly ask for a refund.
