Can't add new trip

The functionality of choosing a city in my profile isn't work. I can't add new trips. The requests to "https://api.mapbox.com/geocoding/v5/mapbox.places/london.json?access_token=pk.***.3WP8O48n21OuebiYkY9fmQ&language=en-US " is getting an error "{"message":"Forbidden"}" and I receive a "Trip Latitude empty" and "No geo data sent" errors pop ups.
