Cannot login

I was late on payment. I tried to login and it said my models were not deleted yet and I can go to payment page and then reactivate account. I made the payment via billing from stripe and now when I login, I click reactivate and it says I cannot reactivate now to prevent abuse… I paid under the promise that my models have not yet been deleted, so I expect to be able to log in and use my account asap. Thanks!
