Cannot cancel accidentally triggered image generation task, request credit refund

My PhotoAI account email: XH088@live.mdx.ac.uk

I accidentally started a batch of image generation tasks.

There is NO cancel / stop button on the website for running generation jobs.

The character model I trained also does not look like my real face.

I have attached screenshots showing these ongoing running jobs.

Could you please manually stop these tasks and refund the consumed credits back to my account?
