Cancelling nomads website and request for refunds £40.62

For the past couple of days I’ve been looking for cancellation option and refund £40.62 for membership/subscription fee. But there doesn’t seem to have any keyword for the option or bar to sort out this problem anywhere on either Welcome, Account, Profile, Preference, Privacy, and Help despite it says “Instead we’ve made it as easy and fast as possible to do everything you can think of by yourself on the site, including canceling your membership, and requesting refunds.”

Could you please leave a comment where I can find the cancellation/refund option bar?
