Can we delete?

There are lots of images that have litterally no value that take up eay too much space and take too much time to scroll through. Can we delete? If so, how, and if no, can we please make it possible? 😬Surely I cant be the only one who has some garbage to toss, right? Sorry if this has already been discussed in past threads. Thanks
