bug? mouth hallucination for talking video

I had a product image that I turned into a video, I then added ‘talk’ audio of a script I wanted it to say. But instead of doing a voice over, it created a human mouth on my product (an ignition switch) and talked from it…. very weird. it did this 3 different times before I stopped wasting credits on this. Can we have a toggle or the ability to prompt not just the voice script words but also to make sure nothing visually is added?
