Bug: Inconsistent country recognition for Democratic Republic of the Congo

There are two issues with the recognition of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC):

City recognition problem:

1. Adding the city of Goma (with correct coordinates) does not mark DRC as visited.

2. Adding the capital city Kinshasa correctly marks the country as visited.

Country name inconsistency:

1. When Kinshasa is added, the country is displayed as "DR Congo".

2. The full name "Democratic Republic of the Congo" is not consistently recognized.

Expected behavior:

• Both Goma and Kinshasa should mark the country as visited.

• The country name should be consistent, preferably using the full name "Democratic Republic of the Congo".

Steps to reproduce:

• Add Goma, DRC

• Verify that DRC is not marked as visited

• Remove Goma

• Add Kinshasa, DRC

• Verify that the country is marked as visited but displayed as "DR Congo"
