Bug - Can't generate new images

Can't generate any new images. At the bottom of the camera roll it keeps on producing the same photo with the "taking photo…" message on the bottom right of the thumb nail. Have tried logging in and out, no fix. Left it over night and still the same issue today. The photo that is bugging is one that I upscaled yesterday.
