Big drop in quality

Sometime around the time that you introduced the feature that allows us to mark models with a key photo, I noticed a very significant decline in the results I was receiving using whole range of features. Some of the most significant problems are, scaly scabby blurry crusty photos of faces, people in photos that look absolutely nothing like the person they were supposed to be remixing, photo remix levels seemingly having no meaning or logic at all, the videos dropping from 15 seconds back down to 10, the total lack of free photos when you generate a new model (one of the perks that you advertise for selecting a higher, more expensive, subscription, and boatloads of totally blank (all black) images that I was nevertheless charged credits for as if I got the benefit of our bargain. What’s going on? And how are you gonna make it right?
