Base image never loaded - nothing is being generated

I’ve tried on both mobile / desktop or wifi / 4g, but i never managed to upload the picture (PNG - 1.1MB).
I still tried to launch the generation, hoping that maybe it was only a UI bug, but the render has been running for 15+ min now, and I still have the same screen.

I tried with different picture, some were a few KB only.

Even if i use one picture from the Render feed and click on the ‘use as input’, it never load.
