Allow Telegram Private Profile Photo

Requiring Nomadlist users to have a public profile photo for Telegram use is unacceptable. I utilize Telegram for professional purposes, and maintaining the privacy of my profile photo is crucial for security reasons. Being part of groups where revealing my photo publicly could attract scammers is a significant concern.

This mandate to display a public profile photo on my Telegram account disregards individual privacy preferences. This approach was feasible with Slack, as the account was exclusively for Nomadlist use. However, with Telegram, the account is not solely for Nomadlist; it's integrated with other services.

While I comprehend the rationale behind this requirement for in-real-life (IRL) interactions, it is incompatible with Telegram's framework and the structure of the Nomadlist community.

I foresee that many in the Web3 community, who are avid Telegram users, will find such conditions difficult to accept.
