AI acts sometimes incorrect - credits lost for not my fault

hey, around 50 credits of my credits was waste by the AI. The model has very clear a bold head, even noticed in the set-up of the model- still sometimes it gibes the model hair, even without askign for it. what can we do? i be disappointe to loose the credits for not my fault
