Add a cooldown or weapon overheating when shooting

I’m currently flying and holding down the space bar to shoot infinitely, gaining kills quickly. I remember other flying/tank games I’ve played before have a weapon overheating feature where you have to balance how much you’re shooting to not hit the threshold, and if you do, you have to wait for it to go back down before shooting again.
