Account cancelled - trying again

I made a previous post regarding my account but it was closed without a resolution. My account actually got cancelled because my card didnt auto-debit. I made the transaction manually and my account is still cancelled. I am unable to reactivate. It keep saying “come back in a few days”. I need my account reactivated without getting the data deleted. Please help.
