I accidentally bought $600 of credits, thinking I would see a summary screen to confirm purchase before the transaction was applied. I haven't used any credits since the purchase. Can you please reverse the transaction and remove credits. I already have a subscription tied to this account.
It’s a big amount of money and a mistake. I haven’t used a single credit of the purchase.
