Use AI to review all EU regulation and give the report to Draghi

As many know, in Argentina they have a Ministry of Deregulation. One way to deal with it by having the best AI models read through all regulation and grading it in terms of how important it is to get rid of. I did that for a sample of Argentine regulation, and it would be easy to do it for Europe.

Perhaps we should get all regulation and run it through all of it and get a executive summary and the database with the grades to Dragui and others in the EU.

It could also be done in a way that makes a media splash, perhaps by emphasising that AI did the work.
